U.Va.’s Darden School of Business Launches New MOOC
The class, which debuts on March 4 and runs for six weeks, gives participants the tools to think strategically and determine how a business can best create value for stakeholders. The course will feature lessons on strategic analysis, industry structures, and the impact of competitive markets.
The course will feature video lectures, quizzes, discussions, and case studies. Among the case studies that will be presented to students are analyses of companies like Google, Apple, and Disney. The final exam will require students to submit a brief strategic analysis of an assigned firm.
