A vital part of northeast New England, New Hampshire became the first post-colonial sovereign nation after breaking allegiances with Great Britain. The state is home to both a state university and community college system that offers both in-person, and online college courses in New Hampshire. Keene. Located in the southwest corner of the state, Keene is the country seat of Cheshire County, and is home to more than 23,000 residents. The city can date its roots all the way back to 1735, when the community was granted to the original 63 settlers.
- Antioch University – New England. A four-year, private institution, Antioch University New England is one of five campuses in the Antioch University network.
