Coursera Creates Academic Advisory Board

Massive open online course provider Coursera has created an academic advisory board. The board, a first for the company, will feature nine senior academic officials from universities offering classes through Coursera.
The board will advise Coursera on strategic academic business decisions. Membership on the panel will rotate between the universities partnered with Coursera, with three new senior academic officials added every year.
